Ordered a grabber to pick up items since I had back surgery and can’t bend. First one sent was broken. I contacted them and they quickly mailed another one.

I have never encountered any problems of any sort with the English Tea Store. Ordering is smooth and logical and items arrive promptly. Highly recommend.

I was worried the site was a fraud, but it’s not!! Good deals when I buy in bulk, too bad shipping takes forever but it’s worth the wait

I'm very satisfied

Good soap if one has noisy fungal. Washes clear!

Poorly packed and thrown in a box with little protection. Five of the twelve bottles had leaked the solution. Customer service asked for several pictures and then was worthless. Did nothing to make it right.

Great product

Fast shipping as always and love the products!!!
