I am sorry about the situation. As described before, this is a known flaw with our data provider, which is the same provider that powers over 80% of OEM websites. While we have weight and dimensions on hundreds of thousands of products, a few of our parts are missing that information. Therefore our website has no way to calculate shipping in these uncommon circumstances. This order was so large it would have to go freight but it was priced as if it was .1" x .1" x .1" which is obviously false. Though we offered to sell you this at exact dealer cost plus our exact shipping price while doing the labor free, the part was too big to come to a price you were happy with which is understandable. We refunded you immediately and our website does indicate this rare possibility in our policies: "Oversized shipments and sheet metal orders may be additional to what is quoted based on freight charges; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval if necessary." We apologize for the inconvenience and I'd be happy to provide you with a discount in the future. Thank you!
