Ok, so since I posted last I figured out how to work the tampon applicator and besides the fact that they should put somewhere that you need to pull it out to use it somewhere instead of just assuming people know, it works pretty well so far. The fact that the panty liners are still the worst is still very true though. Original post - So the first thing I will say is I was super excited to try Lola, but I wish I had read the reviews first. The panty liners are horrible in that they just don’t stick. The first one I pulled out of the box had lots of glue ridges on the back and I was happy with it. The rest of them have had three small spots of glue that half the time stick to the paper rather than the liner and they just don’t stay where you want them. Also, the tampon applicator is horrible!!! I was so disappointed and unless something big changes I am not going to use them again.

I love the products. However, the website is infuriating. I have had nothing but problems with my online account since I placed my first order. Immediately after I placed my order I tried to get into my account and could not get in, no matter what i tried. None of their password reset tools were helping. I have sent them 3 emails now and have gotten no response (it be nice if i could find a phone number to call). If it doesn't get fixed soon they are going to charge my account again. Honestly, hoping that this will get there attention and they'll help me.

I appreciate the concept of this but it doesnt really work. Woman need a tampon that expands when it is absorbing and this doesn't. I find myself changing my tampon more because of the lack if absorption. And for 2 boxes of tampons at a local store it is 7 dollars (on the high end) for a box. Lola is 10 dollars a box. I'm going to stick to the store brand.

They have a plastic applicator. They literally do not absorb any blood it's like having a brick in your vagina. I immediately cancelled my order

Tampon is so uncomfortable and not worth the money. I never considered going green on tampons so I decided to try them. Tampons was way too long for me and was always aware that I had one in. I could not go to sleep with it on so switched back to my tampex.

I've been using Lola tampons for 2 months now and I am so thankful I found this product. In 2012 I had a terrifying incident with Tampax tampons and I ended up in the emergency room with toxic shock syndrome. After that I waited a few years and attempted to use tampons again (several brands) and I kept having the same symptoms to the point that within 5 minutes of inserting the tampons, I would be very sick. I thought I was going to have to wear uncomfortable pads for the rest of my life. I decided to try Lola when I heard about it from a friend and I am so thankful I did. I have absolutely no side effects, I am perfectly comfortable and my body accepts the tampons. This is seriously a life saver. I am so thankful that I don't have to worry about what is going to happen every time I start my period if I try using tampons. I love not having to worry that what I am putting in my body will be harmful.

I'm confused how this is the final product How is it possible to produce and market a tampon that has an applicator that doesn't work. I always used cardboard applicator tampons so I liked that these tampons were organic but I wasn't crazy about the plastic waste. The plastic applicator does not work, I have to take the tampon out of the applicator to use it, which I'm okay with, but just a huge waste of plastic! I'd like to know if they are considering resigning because the applicator now is useless and wasteful
