Sent test kit on 1/04/2025 and confirmed receipt on 1/08/2025. It is now 1/28/2025 and I still have not gotten my test results. Considering their site quotes a 3-5 day turnaround time, I am extremely upset… to say the least. It seems that I am not alone!

My order was expensive for two different kits, waited for results for nearly a month. Their website says "Turnaround from order to results for all mail-in kits is estimated at 5-11 days". I've contacted customer care asking for a refund, since I now needed to go to a clinic in person to perform a full panel STI test (time-sensitive!), which costs quite a lot. They replied that they will not provide a refund, and explained their lab was busy. I got my results 2 weeks later, but I've eventually had to pay twice for the same service (including med clinic bill), which created a financial burden. Avoid.

Not a great experience. The kit and results were fine but the timeline was 2X what they post on their site with no explanation. Kit was not shipped timely and took over a full week, then results were 1.5 weeks after I sent it back. Just be honest about your timelines.

This place is the biggest scam ever. Sent in samples Dec 3rd 2024, still haven’t received results, and they never answer their number and “Hannah” tells you to email their customer service email; which they never reply to. I went to better business bureau for assistance and the same scripted bullshit reply on their as well. At this point I want a refund. I don’t want to email the customer service email, I’d like to email directly to “Hannah”. Trash company. Stay away!!!!!! I tried giving the company a chance… worst mistake. It was to good to be true. 5 day turn around turned into 1 month and counting; still no results. Learn from the 1 star mistakes. If I don’t get my results tomorrow 1/4/25, I’m going through my bank and disputing the charge so I can get that money back. UPDATE: Once again, company lies. Has been a few days and Hannah has still not reached out to me. Stay away from this company. They are a HUGE SCAM. UPDATE: Results can in 1/15/25….. This service is ridiculous. I still want my refund Hannah, maybe I’ll delete this comment. EVERYONE, you have been warned; us another at home service.

I purchased a MyLab Box kit in October 2024 and followed all their instructions. A week after sending in my sample, I was informed that the company had lost my information card. A week later, they told me my blood sample didn’t have enough blood. They offered to send a replacement kit free of charge. In November 2024, I hired a registered nurse to ensure the blood sample was sufficient and sent it in. By December 2024, I was informed they could not provide results for my second kit either and offered yet another replacement kit. It’s now January 2025. I’ve spent hours of my time, the initial cost of the kit, and still have no results. I requested a refund, which they refused, and I have nothing to show for my efforts. Some people may have success with this company, so I don’t believe they’re a complete scam. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Even if they were to eventually provide results, I would not trust their accuracy given how poorly the company is run. For anyone considering this service, I strongly suggest looking up their Better Business Bureau rating first—it’s an F.

I purchased 3 test kits on Nov 23. I initially was unable to register them on the website. I contacted company via email and they said they registered the kits for me and to send them all in together with the shipping label they provided. Per the tracking label, my package was received by their lab on December9th. It is now December 31 and I still don’t have any results. I have reached out via email to costumer service multiple times. In the beginning they said my order is processing. Then they said they would reach out to the lab for an update. Now I’m not receiving any email response. When I call customer service no one answers and when I leave voicemail, I never receive call back. I have also now requested a full refund and according to the response by the company below about them replying by in a timely manner is completely false. They will not reply to my email regarding when I will be refunded. They also said there is no actual number for customers to call. You solely have to rely on them responding via email if and when they choose to.

I almost didn't order the test because of the bad reviews and I should have listened to them before ordering a month ago. I sent my test in over a month ago and still don't have the results. They promise 3-5 days for results and the test has been at the lab for lover 3 weeks. Their confusing "ticket" system never gets me the responses I want which is a refund of my order as they have not provided the results promised. They said the lab is having and issue and asked if I would like to retest. It would have been nice if they told me this two weeks ago! If they don't issue the refund this week I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.

Spent $426 for their service. It’s been 16 days since the samples were sent…reached out to customer service, no response from them in 48 hours (they claim 24 hour response). Feeling like a sucker that’s been had by a scam. Beware before you purchase, not sure there is anything legit about this company other than the prompt removal of funds from your account. Next will be hearing from customer service on this review site providing lip service about their failures. Please contact if you’d like to consider a class action lawsuit.
