Total scam.

This Business is charging my credit card $49.95 each month and there is no product they are supplying. I requested Citi Bank to investigate and they got me a refund; however, again I am getting the same $49.95 charges every month. I want you to stop billing my credit card.

I purchased the Eagle Eye Elite Pro range finder @ 2 years ago. It worked great until it did not! For some reason that MSG either has no clue as to why or doesn't really care to inform me or investigate, this unit now only works on very cloudy overcast days. I cannot see the information if the sun is shining! I got a few email responses, unfortunately their response was that it is out of warranty and their is nothing they can do about it. Their parting comment was that they continually strive for improved customer care! What a joke. I should have kept the old model, which is now @ 5 years old and still working. Their upgraded technology with the view finder with the pretty red and green display apparently has a short lifespan that they do not inform you of, or it is still in the experimental stage at the customer’s expense. I'm not sure basic use or age should render this unit inoperable. The internal red OLED projection diode has apparently prematurely failed, making the display completely unreadable in daylight even at maximum brightness (Level 5). Let the buyer beware......... In terms of MGS's reply, they did not share any possible corrective actions with me. They simply said it is out of warranty and I am SOL.

I got suckered just like this post that I saw too late: just discovered that I was unwittingly suckered into a monthly fee when I thought I was simply purchasing a rip cord trainer for the price of shipping. Apparently the small print described s monthly fee of $45.95, not a one time fee of 9.95 for shipping. I failed to spot the recurring fee until recently. This is clearly a scam to sucker you into a recurring charge. I am challenging through my credit cared as they informed me they would only return two months despite having never received/utilizing the supposed training that I unwittingly signed up for but never once utilized because I didn’t know I had signed up. I see that this is a recurring problem. Word to the wise: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. I have tried to call but only got vm. Sent an email just now. Must make good money hiding the "subscription in the fine print." If you read the responses from the company, they basically say forget you, next time read the fine print.

Same things as most of the people here, got signed up for a subscription I didn't want. However the customer service was great and I got my money back. Still one star because as far as I can tell they don't seem to be doing anything about the main problem thats causing all these reviews Mat worked great!

Clearly a suspect company at best...the offer they provide is for a "free" item that you only pay shipping on. What is not clearly written is that they try to charge you a $45.00 monthly subscription fee after that. They claim that it is clearly written on their site, but you have to read the fine print to find it. These types or behaviors on the internet are a total scam and should be policed better to protect from fraud and wasting money. If I wanted to buy their subscription, they should sell their subscription...not offer some low brow bait and switch offer

I signed up for what was advertised as a free golf accessory from MyGolfing Store, only to later discover that I had been enrolled in a recurring membership charging $49.95 per month. The enrollment process was extremely misleading, and at no point did I knowingly agree to a monthly subscription. The only reason I caught it was because my phone sends notifications for every purchase. At 2:10 AM, I heard the charge notification come through and immediately investigated it. After digging through my account, I discovered the membership and how difficult it was to find the cancellation option. I have since canceled the membership, but I am still seeking a full refund because I never used any membership benefits and was completely unaware that I had been enrolled. Offering a "free" item while burying a recurring monthly charge in the process is not how a reputable company should treat customers. Very disappointed with this experience and would strongly caution others to read every detail before providing payment information.
