I washed the pipes in the dishwasher and warped on of the sections and they quickly replace it.

Gardyn of Eatin I purchased this product primarily to have fresh greens in the middle of our long winters in far northern Idaho. It was easy to set up, is easy to maintain after thoroughly READING THE DIRECTIONS. The app works even if you don't have the monthly plan and you will be able to set the lighting schedule and watering schedule, as well as see the current water levels using the app. This product helps eliminate a lot of wasted greens. You pick what you need and use what you take, fresh for each meal. It's more than enough for our family of 3. Thank you for a wonderful product, Gardyn!

Having had this as an early adopter, Grabbing one at the beginning of covid, the idea is great. The design is quite pretty, and I have had some successes with growing things in my home. The lettuces, herbs and peppers are solid. I have seen value in the Y cube membership, and have some deep growing reserves. The generation 1 kit is not the most stable. I have been through 3 Lid RMA's due to faulty Motors, Water sensors and Light ballasts. Customer service is usually on point, but I have lost a few successful plants due to the death of the lids. My last interaction spanned a week or more after delivery due to Gardyn IT not having activated my new lid. This was only caught due to my being able to prove there was data connectivity through my network and firewall. Alge is a regular battle in the towers. This is supposed to be remedied in the Gen 2 hardware through a different plastic in the towers and base. There is no api, or greater smart home integration. Overall as an early adopter this kit has maintained well beyond its interstitial failures. I like the unit, but with the trouble I have had the price seems high comparted to other solutions. I hope the Gen 2 is a big update.

It started out great. The original customer service was excellent. Then the service went bad. It was hard to get my pods. I haven't received my automatic shipments since I went to the hospital. I was getting messages about my plants when my garden wasn't hooked up. They originally said to just put in the pods and grow. Now you have to prestart your pods. The machine is hard to clean. And customer service doesn't respond to my email. So I have a machine that cost alot. I paid for 2 years of pods and service ahead of time and didn't get what I paid for. So now it just sits in my living room taking up space - empty! No satisfied at all.

Works great. Had some issues with setting it up but once that was resolved everything works great. Would highly recommend it to anyone trying to eat healthy!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Gardyn. I love having fresh veggies every night. I love when I come home after a day of running around I always have something fresh for dinner even if I had not planned a meal. I love my Gardyn so much that I bought another!!
