MyEmma customer support is outstanding! It makes using the platform so much easier.

I've been with Emma for several years. Their customer service is terrific. In an age of chat boxes and never being able to reach a human, they are just terrific.

Fabulous customer service experience when we were facing a confusing login issue. The support person I talked to on the phone was so warm, kind and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other customer service calls I've made with companies in the past. I was pleasantly surprised, too, because the automated message when I first called in said they had heavy call volume due to this same problem. But my call was answered on the 3rd ring and resolved in less than 5 minutes.
