Been an Emma client for several years and use their service for several of our clients. Customer service has always been excellent, every time I've had a question or minor issue. Would recommend Emma highly.

For me, Emma has been wonderful since day 1. Responsive, helpful, innovative, inciteful. I could go on, but I don't need to because their work speaks for itself.

I do have problems with MyEmma feezing a lot. I have also lost saved work because of it.

As a one-woman communications department for a small, private foundation, I use MyEmma primarily to stay in contact with our grantee partners in 11 states around the South. While the software is pretty easy to use, my emails frequently end up in recipients' spam folders, even though we are in their contact lists. In fact, *my own* emails end up in *my own* spam folder, and I'm the one who sent them! I contacted Emma about this and they sent me the standard guidelines about subject wording, etc., but those tips have not helped. Included in the guidelines is this: "Update your organization's Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record and register e2ma.net as a sender on your behalf." I am not an IT person. We do not have an IT person on staff. I have no idea how to do this. When I asked if they could walk me through it, they said they couldn't "because every domain has a different DNS management system." I don't know what that means or where to turn for help. My emails to grantee partners are important, frequently alerting cash-strapped social justice organizations to new funding opportunities. It is *incredibly* frustrating to know my emails aren't reaching them.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us here. I'm sorry to hear that you've had some delivery troubles with us! Email delivery is a huge topic, and there are several things that can help ensure successful delivery when using an email service provider like us- updating your SPF record is often one of those things. I hate that there has been lack of clarity around that for you. Someone from our delivery team is going to be reaching out to you to offer some clarity and assistance in making sure that you're confident in moving forward, and that your marketing efforts are heading to success with us. Thanks again for the insight into your experience with us, and we'll be looking forward to being in touch soon to help clear things up!

Emma is relatively easy to use and their support team is very responsive. Only downside is pricing.

Their customer service and response to questions/requests for improvements has been great. They are good at providing how-to's and the format is intuitive. My only gripe is that it is difficult to take an old email used as a newsletter and make it into a static pdf newsletter on my website.

I like Emma and it certainly works for us. But I would love Emma if there was a way to put notes on the emails. Like wait for blog to post, swap photos and put link in. putting the status would be nice if we are waiting for review from our compliance department and so others on staff could look and see what is missing or needs to be fixed.

The Emma team was excellent during the initial purchasing process, and they've continued to be very responsive. Their support team is easily accessible via Intercom, and our reps have always done an excellent job of keeping us in the loop about any updates to the system, as well as answer more in-depth questions.
