Received part of delivery. Unfortunately second box damaged. Promptly received partial credit.

Updating my review. After I resent the email, they looked into the issue and promptly solved it in a generous manner. Customer service is very important, and I will raise my stars⭐️⭐️⭐️ ---- Although I purchased 2 orders of 3 packs of an item, only 2pcs were delivered in the bag, and 4pcs are missing. I send an email during the weekend asking if they are sending the rest of them separately. It's almost Thursday, and still waiting for their response.

This is my second time ordering from Cozy Farm and both times they have been very helpful, prompt in the delivery and very professional. I was going crazy trying to find a very specific infant formula for my grand baby that no one had it and Cozy Farm was able to obtain it for us and had it shipped just in time.

My coffee came in two boxes. One box was damaged and all the cans were very bent. It is very difficult to open them. I sent a picture of the damaged cans,
