Associates at the Schaumburg branch are very courteous, helpful and caring. You don't feel rushed when having to go into the CCU to conduct your personal business.

Helpful customer service at the branch but unhelpful information given when I called and asked what needed to be brought to branch to open a teen account. They failed to tell me I’d need SSN and it ended up wasting a lot of time. We got it done later electronically but I wish they would’ve told me when I specifically called to ask.

New app sucks

The checking account is completely fee-free and has an excellent rate. The online account is easy to use, and the app makes access very easy.
