I live in a different state and do all CCU activities via phone app. The experience has been very good and I have never experienced any issues. Overall great banking experience.

Since you went back to having staff at the counters it is great. Stop using computers and ATM type devices to handle transactions. It's OK at the drive-up bout not inside the facility. As so when I want to apply for a loan, etc. or other financial transactions I want to talk to a "REAL: PERSON" face directly not over a computer.

I have been a member since 1978. I would not change my accounts to any other banking facility. Have never had a problem that was explained and solved while working with the employees. Best Ever. Have "sister" credit unions through the country so transfering or doing banking is very easy.
