Great people

I give 4 stars for customer service and for ease of completing my transactions. The staff is awesome and the facility very clean. The new renovation of the Beach Park, IL branch is beautiful and efficient. However, my short-term employment experience was a disaster. I was pegged as an "outsider" from day one and discriminated against my age. They cited me for "poor performance issues" as they all do, therefore, creating a very intimidated atmosphere for me to work in which forced me to resign from my position. Sean, the president, did not seem to care either. You asked and I spoke up. Thank you for inviting me to respond to your survey.

I went to visit Carol Stream branch to re finance my auto loan. Cesar was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate his prompt assistance.
