I am not a tech type person, and Mike(US tech person)who helped me today was great! I felt no pressure as I navigated through some issues on my phone, and finally got to where I needed to be! Now I can open more space on my phone,and save it all in the cloud! This was a problem for me for quite some time,now I can feel at ease and know that I can have protection and space to save more photos and information I find on the internet! I have the resources also to reach out if I have any issues in the future and that is so reassuring to me ! I will recommend to family and friends in the future!

The Senior Tech Pedro is highly knowledgeable and very experienced. He took time to not only fix my computer issues but also walk me through step by step until the end. I appreciate the time he took explaining why my PC was not running as used to be.
