Ive tried NUMEROUS times to reach this Company. They have been pulling on my credit report every other month since LAST September. I have no idea WHO they are,have NEVER had contact with them,and no way to reach them successfully. Not good business practices and I will file a complaint with the FTC.

Refinance option has been down at least a week. I went to refinance, hit the button they amount eligible. It will not move past Step one only have leave or cancel when you hit next. Have spoken to customer service, they are aware of the problem however they are waiting on the problem to be fixed. Really a whole week to fix a program and there is no backup option.

The worst “customer service” EVER. The reps not only can’t understand YOU, YOU can’t understand them. And to top it off THEY have the audacity to be vexed by the customer due to this. I wouldn’t do business with these people.

The interest is way too high, I didn’t get to see how much the interest was until after I signed the loan and it didn’t get deposited into my bank account

Well I asked for this loan and wasn't explained percentage rates and percentages. All of a sudden I'm told that I'm approved and was told the money is on the way and the payments would be $223 a month. I wasn't given any options. I had to pay all of the money back because$12,000 on a$5k loan is ridiculous.

Took a hard check on my credit, said I had everything needed for loan then get a message that they couldn’t fund. Really needed help with a loan, felt like it was a positive experience and then nothing.
