Absolutely false! We pride ourselves with award-winning customer service and we most certainly did reply. In fact his question was attached to a auto-reply information email from us with his answer in it. If he would have just read our original email before complaining he would have found his answer.

This is DMV curriculum mandated by the state. Of course it is "correct" and "required" to take your permit test. Your false statement is not a constructive review and should be removed.

We see you received your certificate in December. The DMV curriculum supplied to us has nothing to do with our performance as a business and your rating should be changed to reflect the ease of taking this course and timely delivery of your DMV certificate we mailed to you. The important thing to note is that this course is NOT a "test prep" class to simply pass the DMV test, but rather it is REQUIRED drivers education mandated by the state and that it is DMV Approved. FACT - The curriculum is supplied by the DMV. This course is DMV approved and includes all of the required information for Drivers Education. We supply hundreds of pages of information. If your low comprehensive skills require you to hire a 3rd party "cheat" course that is your issue and has nothing to do with our performance. This course is NOT a cheat "test prep" class to simply pass the DMV test, but rather it is REQUIRED Drivers Education mandated by the state of California to insure you are a safe driver. The rest of your uneducated comments are simply false.

Hundreds of pages of required DMV driving instruction and you didn't learn anything? Perhaps you require a classroom environment instead of a online course, along with a dictionary for your knowledge.

We understand, however, the curriculum is supplied by the DMV. This is the required information the DMV wants you to know. The point is that this is NOT a "test prep" class, rather it is required drivers education mandated by the state. Our performance has nothing too do with the curriculum supplied to us.
