Great product. This is my second Comfy pillow. You kept apprised of shipping progress. Pillow securely packaged.

Once I was able to reach someone on the phone to order as online I could not complete the order. But it took a month of phone tennis to actually reach someone .

I’m trying to return the wrong size pillow case and there’s nothing that’s helping me do that

I've received two requests to rate my customer satisfaction, but my order still hasn't arrived. It's been over twenty days since I placed my order and was charged. If I had known that my order was being shipped from the USA, I wouldn't have ordered it.

I absolutely L💙VE these pillows. They are the best, most comfortable pillows I have EVER owned. Bought 2 of them back in 2019 and they have not lost the quality or function over those years. Thank you so much for a GREAT COOLING, REFRESHING PRODUCT and the best sleep I've had in 60 years. I am enjoying my new replacements.
