This company uses misleading information to trick you into buying expense help by using stress people get before flights. I went to South Africa and forgot to get the customs declaration beforehand. This form is free and instantly in your email through the official website. The website from myarrival got up first unfortunately due to sponsoring cost me $119,-. I asked for a refund but they told me that was not possible. Do not use this website!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Processing fees can be higher when additional assistance is included, and we understand the importance of having clear information when completing travel documentation. MyArrival offers features such as multilingual assistance, early submissions, and support throughout the year to help travellers prepare for their journeys. We’d welcome the opportunity to review your application and the information presented during submission. Please contact our support team so we can look into the details of your case and address your concerns.

The card helps to pass customes quickly. It would be better if the issue wouldn t be the day before arriving .

It was incredibly easy/user-friendly. Response time was amazing. The ease once I arrived having already completed the Traveller Declaration was absolutely worth it the couple of minutes it took beforehand.
