Alma pure copper items
I ordered some items on July 31st, 2026. No information about status of the purchase since the order. I contacted the seller to ask about about the delivery and was told that they will check and get back to me (August 21st), then nothing. I don’t know where my order is, i don’t know when it will be delivered. Complete lack of communication and transparency about the delivery status. What is sure is that i won’t buy from this seller again and do not recommend ordering from this seller. I am trying to get a refund.

Absoluter Betrüger Händler. Ware kommt nie an, Kaufpreis wird nicht erstattet. Paypal macht nichts dagegen.

ordinata e pagata la merce in data 28 luglio 2026, non mi è mai stata consegnata. Mi hanno già fornito tre diversi codici di tracking e nessuno di questi fornisce informazioni sulla spedizione.

Fake! Versprochen war eine handgemachte Flasche aus einer indischen Familie. Bestellung am 23.7. aufgegeben, heute am 7.9. immer noch kein Paket. Es ist angekündigt aus CHINA (!) und heute kam die DHL Ankündigung. Ich habe sofort die Annahme verweigert da ich schon vor Wochen widerrufen habe, Alma Pure stoisch nette mails schickt und das Problem komplett ignoriert. Paypal Käuferschutz ist eingeschaltet und ich hoffe mit der Annahmeverweigerung wird Paypal entsprechend Erstattung einleiten
