Great products and service.

M4 body cream was leaking out bottom of dispenser upon arrival. Sent new one and same issue. Too expensive to get something you can't utilize.

You need to submit claims to insurance companies. HRT is expensive and the prices continue to rise along with everything else. It is getting more difficult to afford. Attempting to seek reimbursement from most insurers on our own is a nightmare and often denied. It would be so helpful if you could seriously consider this. Other telehealth providers provide this service and I may have to make the difficult decision to transfer my care.

I’ve gotten some compliments on my skin since starting using M4. I admittedly only use it in the mornings. Or if I shower mid day and get ready to go out. At night I use tretinonin cream. Recommend

My skin feels more resilient. Crepiness around the eyes is improving.
