I appreciate the thoughtful and timely response to all of my questions as I navigate this phase of life. My treatment has been going well. I did not realize just how bad I felt until I started feeling better.

They shipped and charged me for two prescription orgasm creams I never ordered nor had anything to do with my treatment plan for recurring UTIs. That was about 200 dollars more that they helped themselves to. When I complained they said nothing could be done because it was a prescription so not returnable. I don't like dealing with crooked people, but otoh, it is a source for estrogen products which would otherwise require a visit to a doctor. No problem with the .01% cream I did order. I wish they would give me credit for the stuff I did not order and not prescribed to me.
