Fast efficient service

I found that there was a problem with my original order upon delivery. It was my fault and not Muukal Optical. When I contacted them they were professional, understanding and very patient with me. Muukal Optical made me a new pair of glasses with a little change from my original order. I absolutely love them. I'm so grateful for their help. I will definitely do business with them again.

I saw an ad on Facebook for this company offering 3 pairs of glasses for $119. I am retired and always looking for a great deal, so I thought I would give them a try. After picking out beautiful frames and entering in my prescription along with some extras, my grand total was $159. An awesome deal considering I usually pay $400-600 per pair at the eye doctor. I received the 3 pair in a timely manner and was very happy with the quality! One pair I ordered was sunglasses and the prescription felt a little off. I answered a follow up email and quickly received a response from Taylor in Customer Service. I was told that possibly due to a curve in the frame, my prescription may have been off. I was told to pick out a replacement pair and it was sent immediately. Greatly impressed by the Customer Service, and Muukal is lucky to have Taylor representing them...such an asset! I just placed an order for 3 more pairs. I have recommended Muukal to family and friends! Thank you!

I do admit i was a little scared that my prescription wasn't going to be right but Everything was perfect and i received them way earlier than i expected i gor the buy 1 get 1 deal i wish id gotten the 3 glasses deal im definitely going to order 2 more pairs

Ordered prescription sunglasses, they fit and look great, well priced, and are very dark. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

These glasses are not correct. They feel like magnifying glasses. Also way too large for my face.
