Glasses are horrible
Glasses are horrible. Flimsy and lenses are loose.
Response from MuukalOptical· Aug 18, 2024
Sorry, that's not the truth. Due to your prescription, the lenses were very thick, and you purchased lenses with a refractive index of 1.61. We upgraded them for free to 1.67 refractive index, otherwise your lenses would be thicker. Thin frames are difficult to accommodate such thick lenses. What we want to say is that we try our best, but what you said is unfair to us,what's your advise?
