This was my second purchase from Muukal. My first pair of progressive glasses (sunglasses) was excellent, so I felt confident ordering another pair using the same prescription. Unfortunately, the second purchase was a completely different experience. The new glasses were unusable for reading and intermediate vision. After investigating, I discovered that the Zubar frames I received had different dimensions from those advertised on Muukal's website. The listed measurements were 53-18-145, while the actual frames were marked 52-23-151. The significantly wider bridge and longer arms affected how the glasses sat on my face, which I believe contributed to the progressive lenses not working properly. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and provided photographic evidence. Initially, Muukal offered a $45 USD refund without requiring me to return the glasses. They later increased the offer to $50 USD or suggested returning the glasses to China for a refund. However, I would be responsible for international shipping and customs duties in both countries, potentially costing me more than $50 USD. I find this disappointing because the issue originated with the product not matching the advertised specifications. I don't believe customers should bear substantial return costs when the product they receive differs from what was advertised. I've reluctantly accepted the $50 USD refund offer rather than incur additional expenses. I will update this review once the promised refund has been received, or report back if Muukal fails to honour its offer. My first experience with Muukal was excellent, and I genuinely liked the quality of my original glasses. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in ordering again, particularly because I can no longer trust that the frame measurements listed on the website are accurate. My advice: If you're ordering progressive lenses, double-check the frame dimensions carefully. Even small differences in fit can affect how progressive lenses perform.

While the prescription they filled was correct the near vision was not quite right in the frames. However they refunded me $50 and allowed me to keep the glasses which are very cute but only good for distance. Great customer service

I love the glasses. Communication with the company was nonexistent, however. I began to doubt that they were coming.

I don’t know where alllll these negative comments and reviews are for?! Literally I have single vision NO progressive lenses and all three of my glasses showed up freaking amazing no issues at allll this company is awesome but I do recommend not to do Progressive lenses because I’ve seen a lot of comments saying that these online places don’t know how to do Progressive but when it comes to single lenses amazing so if you are a single lens, where don’t worry about anything, of course the package ships from China to Texas base and then it comes to wherever you stay at. I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience. The worst part is just to wait on getting them. I think it was like two weeks for me, but not one issue and I was super scared from reading 1000 negative reviews. I don’t know if those are competitors doing that or what, but don’t believe it, order today.

These are perfect! Just had cataracts removed, and these make the best readers! And you can’t beat the price!

The Antonio Floral pair are very good. I am still testing the Paislee Red, but I think they will be okay. However, the Bunny S Tortoise pair are NOT good. I cannot see out of them at all although the prescription appears to be the same. I also don’t like the color and they look awful on me. These need to be replaced. I would like a different pair altogether. Please advise.

I got three pair, lenses were perfect in all of them. Frames are comfortable. Price is amazing. Not heavy duty but if looking for fun frames to switch out for daily use, they can't be beat.
