Wrong prescription and refused refund

Ordering process was easy, glasses came quickly and I have gotten so many compliments!

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses on June 7th and have been waiting patiently for the delivery. Two days ago I found that the payment had been refunded the very next day. When I inquired why, I received a very terse response that my order was cancelled because they don't deliver to my country. I had no knowledge of this fact because nobody did me the courtesy of letting me know. This shows an extreme lack of customer focus. Caveat emptor!

After I placed the first order #22606719099 I realized I made a couple mistakes, so I requested the order to be cancelled. I proceeded to make a 2nd order with the correct information, I sent them text messages and emails about the issue. Only to have them cancel the wrong order. After many attempts to resolve the issue with no resolution I requested an entire refund as I no longer wish to purchase anything from this company. They still have not canceled my order or refunded my money. I would NEVER do business with this company again, for one there is no way to actually talk to someone on the phone when issues arise, and when they do respond via text message it doesn’t matter if you answer right back they go silent again. I have filed a dispute with my financial institution and informed them of the situation at hand.
