The shipment was delayed. They said they had to verify my prescription. Once I sent that it was still a pretty long wait. I received the glasses and cannot see out of them, I cant use them. Whatever prescription they verified it makes my head hurt My order number was 22604592161

Great glasses and frames

At first the customer service on initial order was good, late responses but good. The glasses arrived but some missing and the ones that did were very thick and frames much too small. Was then told had to contact sales team which I asked if could return the partial order for a different set with no response, will not buy from them again.

The ordering process was simple and very user friendly. My order arrived quicker than expected. The quality far exceeds my expectations for the price. I will be a long time customer for sure

This was my third set of glasses that I’ve purchased from MUUKAL and I’ve had a great experience with all three. The support team treated me well with the one issue I had as I broke the arm off of one pair. Even though they were beyond the warranty period they sent me a brand new replacement pair and all I had to do was pay the shipping which was minimal. I recommend this company!!!
