I ordered glasses for my husband. 3 pair. 1 pair wasn't tinted and it should've been. The other 2 didnt fit. I wanted to return. Ive emailed and someone reached out, asked a question, I responded and have heard nothing since. Overall, seemed great for price. However, customer service is pretty bad.

Does not stand by money back guarantee, does not email you back to continue communication. Will respond back to your trust pilot review and ask for your order number but will never reach out. Worst customer service ever and I work in this field. This is not how you treat repeating customers. I ended up ordering a new pair from a different company and wasted my money. I never received a credit or a refund. Will not be returning.

USer friendly websie and easy to order glasses. A really good selection of frames. I have received my glasses...I love the frames but am having difficulty adjusting my eyes to the lenses. This may be due to non lens issues. I am going to keep trying to use. Hoping these will work out, really love the frames.

1st class service the glasses are Amazing and just perfect thank you so much. Got 3 pairs cheaper than 1 pair from the local optician. My husband has ordered his the same day from the local shop and I received mine back and he is still waiting.
