No problems at all. Very smooth process. Other than the frames I got 1 of the pair are too too big for my face. The prices are amazing!! I will definitely order from Muukal from now on. My order came in 2 weeks.

My glasses are awesome. They are trendy and fashionable. The quality is excellent. The fit is perfect. They even come in a handy clear case. Prescription is on target.

Ordered 3 progressives and all were terrible, customer service only would replace one out of three! Customer service said to order smaller frames, so I did and they were too small. Customer Service said they wouldn't replace them, even though she's the one who said to order smaller frames. Anyway, waste of money and time. Buyer beware.

This was my third time to order from Muukal so I had no concerns as to the quality of my glasses - I was wrong this time. I ordered a pair of transition lenses and they came as clear lenses and the near vision correction is off, cannot read up close. Distance vision is perfect. I ordered these for an upcoming trip and fear I won’t get a replacement pair in time. My second pair the distance vision is perfect and the near vision is off, not even sure if it’s there - may be that glasses are all distance vision correction. Third pair I ordered the bronze clear frame and received the clear frame. Distance and near vision correction are perfect though.
