Horrible 😤 very unprofessional. I’ve repeatedly asked for a report on my numbers with Spotify and YouTube and instead of sending them they kept saying how about you buy a bigger package and when asking for the report they would also keep saying they messed up. Today is 12/13/21 of this: We checked your Spotify profile and noticed that there were around 1k streams missing to your profile, so we boosted more ads to ensure this number is achieved, so that's fixed. The average of followers looks ok but should be affected by this boost too. Yes, we could focus on Youtube, what about aiming for an even higher campaign to get a really nice exposure? Let me know!" They even had someone else reach out stating they could help just to get this email. How are you? We'll be taking another look today at your campaign to ensure everything is running as expected. But hey, I updated you on the 6th of December, telling you how many streams you should have by now and that we would boost some more ad placements to improve your numbers, you simply did not answer me back! I would like to see that before any renewal. But that is the reasoning and I was actually looking to upgrade once I see them.

Indeed, a first report was sent to you reporting that there were one thousand streams missing from the expected average of your monthly plan. After that, the second report wasn't sent, our deepest apologies for that. Due to many requests during that period, there was a delay that affected this report. Again, I'm sorry for this. As for the offers, they were just standard offers made to our customers, we didn't expect them to offend you. We also haven't lied, we were always checking and promoting your profile after we noticed the numbers could be better regarding the first report. Immediately got thousands of plays from "other source" with 100% like rate and follow rate. Even the playlist they had was all one city, and that's just the beginning of how you can tell; I would rather avoid them knowing all the metrics that are useful to honest people. These people will deny and deny but they are liars. 100%

I'm really glad the Spotify for Artists app gives so much detail about listeners. Everything about the behavior of the listeners screams "bot army." I also couldn't remember my password and tried 4 different times to get the reset link. They even went as far as to actually message me saying they sent me the link every single time, and I still never got it (it wasn't in spam either, I checked.) So now I just had a promo get renewed because I can't log in when I'm already scraping my last pennies together to promote my music.
