No es lo que ponem en la publicidad

En Instagram aparece “más información”, te tienes que bajar la aplicación y en cuanto entras, sin aviso o acuerdo previo, te pasan varios cargos a tu tarjeta vinculada. €50 en un solo día. Tuve que bloquear mi tarjeta. Les escribí por email mensajes con información que demuestra sus prácticas como acciones delictivas “dark patterns”. Envié copia a mi banco. En una semana me han hecho el reembolso. Es un fraude en toda regla.

The subscription is a SCAM! - multiple payments processed while only one trial was agreed upon; - no easy cancellation available, only via e-mail to which they don't respond. Just don't try this, just move on and look for a more respectable company.

Bij de inschrijving moet je een aantal vragen beantwoorden voordat je ingeschreven bent. Als je dan op het einde toestemming geeft voor de betaling, blijkt dat je meerdere abonnementen hebt afgesloten. Ik heb toen direct geannuleerd maar kreeg geen geld terug. Een maand later werd al het geld Nogmaals afgeschreven. Na heel veel ge-mail heen weer heb ik uiteindelijk de laatste betalingen terug gekregen. Zoals dit is ingericht, vind ik het wel erg op oplichting lijken!

I took the free trial thinking that I’d be able to cancel it easily if I wanted to. Due to lack of time I couldn’t commit to the exercises so decided to cancel. There is NOWHERE to cancel within the app!! It takes you straight to an email which at the time I didn’t have time to write as I wasn’t home. The time needed to write an email is just something that’s so unnecessary and unfair. Today of course, I was charged $29.99. They MUST add a cancellation button!! Don’t use this app. It’s unethical and a total scam! Just awful.
