I run a Multiplay Teamspeak Server and I can say that everything is absolutely brilliant, not a single issue or bad thing I can say. I came from another teamspeak host that didn't allow me to edit some options for the server, they advertised the host in the website button and wouldn't let me do simple things like putting my teamspeak on a game server list. Not only those things from my last host, but also the server would crash a few times a day with only a few people on it despite paying them for over 30 slots. I came from a crappy host and went to Multiplay which provided a much better experience and for cheaper.

Now, I need to get this off right away: The little experience I had with the staff, they were excellent, respectful and all-around good. After buying my server, within just a few minutes, it was up and running, awesome! However, I am sad to say that ClanForge is a god-awful interface. It's obviously meant to be idiot-proof, but it's both overly confusing and too dumbed down at the same time. A simple file browser of the game's files where I could upload, download, replace and edit server configs, worlds, mods, etc. would have been one thousand times better. More importantly, things often break without any decent explanation as to why, and no wiki page to what the problem was and how I could solve it. It's BEYOND infuriating when doing something as simple as replacing the world tells me "Correct permissions failed"... and that's it. What permissions? Do I, the server owner, not have permissions to modify the server for some reason? EDIT: If it helps you to improve your service, I was using a Factorio server. EDIT 2: also ordering tf2 server is currently broken might want to fix that just saying

Staff were unable to communicate effectively with myself and never informed me of a server transfer that was going to happen for which reason I lost 80% of my progress on a world I had. When my world was eventually recovered it was a world from the first 2 days I had worked on it meaning I lost an extra 7 days of work. Additionally after cancelling my service, making sure I would not be charged the following month - I have now been charged and am in the process of trying to get a refund. Overall I am sure this service works for some but I have had a more than negative experience.

3 stars are for the performance of the server. 2 stars are lost due to how hard it is to setup a game and the console not working properly. Backups are not being created, uploaded files don't appear. There is still a lot of work to be done here.

I rented a 4,99 server for Factorio. It was laggy and crashed on regular intervals. Updating/changin the map, adding mods, require a ticket and 2-6 hour wait time. the process is all manual. I am sorry but I will not be using your servers anymore. thank you for understanding.

Was excellent experience

Did what I wanted for as long as I needed it. Great service, reliable, fun times were had. Good job lads, fine work :okay_hand:

My only complaint is that there are very few minecraft and forge versions available.
