Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

It was easy to order and pay for , shipping tracking was just as easy. Received mats on time and some earlier than expected. But my Mom ordered 3 on the same day and has yet to receive them.I assured her it was over the holidays and they would be here soon My 2 cats love them sleep on them all day long. Thank you all again Alicia Shiok

I was impressed with the reviews and decided to try these mats out. The price was good, the shipping time was amazing. I love the quality of these mats and they work so well at each of my doors. I highly recommend them & I would purchase them again for family & friends even if you don't have pets, they are very nice.

very SLOW process. My order has not moved in two weeks. I hope the mats are worth the long wait if I ever even get them.

So far, I am extremely happy with my Muddy Mats. We have LVP flooring and live on a farm. We are in and out all day, so we don't take our shoes on and off. The mats are doing a great job at holding the tracking at a minimum. Now I just need to get more for the other doors. Connie Covington

Was hesitant at first but these mats are worth every penny. Bought 2 for my doorways as me and Finnegan come in and out quite a bit. No slipping and high quality. They seem to trap almost everything. Good rain now on New Years Eve here in South NJ. Floor is tile and hardwood. They do a great job. You won’t be sorry. Happy New Year!! 👍👍😁😁

I ordered mats on Black Friday for our daughter's birthday - more than three weeks in advance. Muddy Mats shipped within 6 days, 11/29/24 - it has still not been delivered. After 3 hour+ calls to FedEx, I was finally told that Muddy Mats has to initiate the search/claim. I contacted Muddy Mats 12/16 and while the woman was very nice and understanding, assuring me that she would re-issue my order and have it delivered expedited delivery, I NEVER received a confirmation. SHE DID NOT REISSUE MY ORDER. Complaint #1. I called Muddy Mats again on 12/27, the last day the expedited order was to be delivered, and was told that I could not speak to a supervisor, nor was there any trace of my "reorder" in their system. Complaint #2. I called again on 12/28, and a supervisor DID call me back, but told me that there was nothing they could do to track or expedite my package, (FedEx will be getting a vicious review, as my package has been on and off one of their trucks for delivery to my home 6 different times. I STILL do not have it.) I cannot provide a rating as to the quality of their product - all I can say is DO NOT ORDER IF YOUR PACKAGE GOES THROUGH POOLER, GA. And Muddy Mats' customer service has done nothing to help me receive their product.

I had two of these and loved them so much I ordered another for my entrance. I was going to order the runner, but won't fit in my washer....so I now have 3. I might order another. Great product!! I love the sea foam color.

I bought 2 rugs in the spring of 2024. One long one for the sliding door and a 2ft one for the front door. I was so pleasantly pleased that they performed as advertised. They pick up all the debris on my dogs paws and anyone coming through the front door.
