Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have several muddy mats and they are great!! When I saw that they also had a dog bed found it online. I ordered the medium size for my 52# boxer. She fits with lots of room. I bought it because I can remove the cover and wash it. I am very pleased with all them.

Ordered Muddy Mats on 12/21/2024 - F0D33B8A78 and was provided a tracking number. It is January 7, 2025 and we have still not received our order. We called the 800 number provided and could never get anyone to answer the phone. We sent emails and never received a response. Update: We finally received our order from Muddy Mat and we love the rugs. I changed the rating from one star to four stars. Excellent product but would have appreciated feed back

The door mats came quickly and are amazing! My best buddy, Bella, comes into our house with wet feet but not a single wet paw print on our floors.

I got 1 for Christmas last year, and really love it. I asked for more this year. I have 1 at the front door for muddy weather. The other one is by their food. I have a Great Dane, works so well for the water mess! Definitely recommended these!!!

I ordered my mats on December 26,2024 and received a tracking number on December 28, 2024. It is January 6, 2025 and I still have not received my mats. The tracking status has not moved since December 28th and I have sent multiple emails and tried calling several times and have yet to be connected to anyone.

I read other comments of people being charged twice but I still took a chance. I was charged twice. Contacted customer service through email and social media and heard nothing. Call the phone number numerous time. It's only a busy signal. Nothing about shipping. I never even received a confirmation of the order. The only reason I had an order number is because I sent an email demanding it or I would dispute the charges. Then I discovered I was charged twice and then I never heard back from them. Definitely disputing the charges. Update number one They have contacted me three times with long patronizing emails. Each time I have told them I want the order canceled and my money refunded. They won't respond to wanting to cancel. This is a horrible company. They might have a good product but they have a horrible company. Update number two I'm actually shocked they replied to my email demanding yet again that they cancele the order within minutes. I sent them a reply back telling them I want to cancel the order in five different ways. This way it is absolutely 100% clear I just want to cancel the order. I don't care how good the product is. I am not giving my money to a company this poorly managed. Their email 🙄 Thank you for reaching out, . I understand you want to cancel. No problem, I’m here to help! Your Muddy Mat isn’t just for the front door! It’s your ultimate protection buddy, perfect for the kitchen, bathroom, back patio, and beyond. Muddymats are an absolute game changer when it comes to stopping muddy wet paws from traipsing through the house. I love that when I vacuum it it stays put and doesn't get sucked up like most mats as it's sturdy and well made. After my Labrador puppy chewed my initial mat the wonderful people at muddymats replaced it free of charge. Outstanding mats, outstanding company. Highly recommended!

When I ordered, it stated that my order would arrive by a certain date if i ordered within x amount of time, I even paid extra for shipping...still waiting... Customer service does not answer calls, just how busy are they on a Sunday morning?? After an hour waiting for an someone to answer, I gave up. I'm going with "scam", or just a very unreliable company!
