Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Muddy Mats do exactly what they say! I love these. I have 4 of them, a bed, and a dog drying towel. They wash up very well and clean 16 dog paws plus my feet. I'd recommend them to everyone.

They work so well, I have referred another family member to order some, I am getting ready to order a third order for another family member,

Easy to order and a great range of sizes and colours. I ordered one as a large doormat and then 2 big ones in cream for the conservatory. The light cream is perfect as it looks great and is easily washed and dried in no time.

Ordered three weeks ago , order never shipped then told out of stock after I chased , then again waited another week order not shipped chased again and the new item was also out of stock told me days later after I chased. I won’t be bothering ordering again asked for a refund will advise if it I get the refund !

I thought I had been cheated but I was wrong. The receipt went to a spam folder because of the companies email naming convention. I apologize for my panic and looked forward to receiving the product and will write a proper review.

I have a Service Dog Flat Coat Retriever that was making a huge mess every time it rained, every morning with damp grass, it was awful. I bought the large muddy mat, and it has saved me so much effort mopping and cleaning, it has been a game changer. So, I bought 3 more of the smaller mats, for bathrooms and the front door. I love these mats, they are washable, and very absorbent, and do not soak through and ruin the floor underneath.

We raise pugs and have 8. We also live on a Salt Marsh and have lots of sand in the back yard. I bought my mats several years ago. We have one at the front and back doors as well as one in our RV. They work great. It is amazing at how much sand I shake out of the mats. They wash well and are ready to put back in use.

This company is clueless! I assume they are relatively small and will want to attract customers? They are certainly going the wrong way about it! I ordered what appears to be a teal colour on their website. It arrived a rather vivid shade of light blue so I immediately asked to swap it for beige. This, was a fortnight ago. Communication is diabolical! When I do get them, they are generic responses that don't match my query. I think they employ delaying tactics wanting photos of the product, which required me to fully unpack it, unnecessarily! (They knew it had only arrived that day.) Then photos of paperwork with order no and dispatch details - WHY? Surely they know that? Is it all delaying tactics? Originally I asked to swap, now I have given up and just want a refund. No responses,ar all despite me telling them that I will comment on my experiences on their FB pages and now here. New customers need to know. Nothing seems to get me any means of hiw I return this product and get the refund owed to me. I suggest potential new customers consider all of this before ordering. Clearly it's not just me who is experiencing problems with them!
