Muddy mats are the best things since sliced bread. I have 6 rugs in a variety of sizes. I also have 2 muddy mat dog beds. I simply shake them out and wash them every couple of weeks. My 2 dogs will fight over who gets to lay on the rugs and watch me make dinner or brush my teeth, whatever room I'm in doing whatever needs to get done. I haven't had any issues so I have not had to return or ask the company for help. After shaking the beds out I wash the cover and throw the pillows in the dryer with a bounce dryer sheet and they freshen them up nicely. It's so easy to keep my hard wood floor clean now. I cannot recommend these enough.

I ordered a 35x60 in Baby Blue. I received a 36x60 in Sky Blue. The rug arrived shrink wrapped in clear plastic with no packing slip inside; I ordered it through muddymats.com, and it was delivered through Amazon. I called Muddy Mats the day after first e-mailing them with photographs and all requested info. The sales rep offered a discount if I kept it. Rather than having to drive out to a Fed Ex facility, I took the discount and kept it. I plan to give it away. I had ordered it specifically for the color.

Thank you for your review, Ron. We understand how important it is to receive the correct item, especially when specific color and size matter. Thank you for providing the requested details and collaborating with our team toward a resolution. A follow-up email has been sent to ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
