The produce is excellent and what expected. However was EXTREMELY long time gor fulfillment and delivery.

I ordered a muddy mat, great for when the pups come in all full of snow. Went back and ordered a larger size, now they come in and sit right on the mat so I can clean them off. Well, just went back and ordered another one for the garage door entrance, as the humans were bringing in snow too! Love these rugs, easy to throw in the washer and dryer. It is a sturdy rug, but they hold sticky urine smell. Even after washing and spraying, the smell doesn't go away. I have 3 total. Feel like I lost $ on this.

Phone number didn't work to communicate. Having trouble with email. Porch pirate got my order/mat. Frustrated cause I can't get ahold of anybody. The review is zero right now.

The mats are really nice and they’re soft. They have stopped the muddy prints on my floors and my dogs even like sitting on them. We really like them.

I have ordered Muddy mats multiple times. Ive purchased for myself and family members with dogs. I have always had a good experience with Muddy mats customer service and i believe i only had a question for them once and they responded rather quickly and they were very helpful and resolved the issue right away satisfactorily. The rugs work well and i not to long ago, i believe Last Nov 2025 ordered the New Mesh mats for myself and my sons home. They work Great. When we had a few snow storms already all i had to do was shake off the snow and ice and place it back down. It shook off rather easily as long as i kept up with it while the snow and ice was falling out of the sky. I am very happy with this product.

Our new Muddy Mats have really done the trick. We were constantly sweeping our kitchen floor. We put a Mat down and it’s gathering all the dirt our dog wants to treat us to. We’re very happy with our purchase.
