LOVE, love, love these mats! I keep ordering more for all the rooms, the car, the camper! They keep my house so much cleaner with 2 dogs in mud season. Totally worth the money.

Customer service was great. I ordered the largest dog bed and I wish it was a little larger, but all in all very good. I misunderstood part of the free marketing, but they answered me right away and took care of me to my satisfaction.

I ordered a dog bed for my granddaughter’s dog Omar… he is our sweet granddog. The bed was lost in transit so Muddy Mat replaced it & it arrived in just a few days… THEN after 3 weeks the original ordered bed arrived so now Omar has 2 beds… Honesty & integrity are always the best policy & what God expects from us so I told them what had happened & was willing to pay for the 2nd bed but they said to just let Omar keep both beds & they didn’t expect me to pay for the mixup. Their customer service people are great and so are all their products.. we have several mats & dog beds… all high quality

Thank you for your kind words, Omar’s Grandma. We’re delighted to hear Omar is enjoying his beds and appreciate your recognition of our customer service and product quality.

I was hesitant at first cause you next to never get what is advertised but we ordered a small medium and large for our kitchen. We have 3 dogs! They are great! Probably the best carpets I’ve purchased. We measured for our space before we ordered and they fit exactly how we wanted. All three are in the kitchen. We haven’t had to use the secure tape yet as they are not sliding. They work wonderfully! I’m glad I gave your product a chance. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Kathlene. We’re delighted the mats fit perfectly in your kitchen and are working so well for your dogs.

I hate the ordering process on this scammy, scuzzy website. It infuriated me more than any ordering of anything that I have ever done. When I checked out there was no way to look at the order totals. I took one of the "SPECIAL" offers at the end and it wasn't priced as expected. So, I ended up paying more than expected and my card was charged in 2 different transactions. The order took weeks to get here and I even had to check with customer service to see if I was actually ever going to receive my items, then they gave me the runaround. I really like the product and really hate every other aspect of this buying experience. As much as I would like to order a few more mats, I will never use their website again. They can keep their shady, horrible sales practices and I will just buy a different kind of rug.

My husband was so impressed with the performance of these muddy mats, that after the first one, he wanted me to get more. I now have three small ones and a large one. They really do the trick on our small acreage with two dogs and both of us tracking all kinds of stuff.
Response from Muddy Mat®· Feb 6, 2026
We appreciate your kind words, Jeanie. It’s great to hear the mats are making a difference on your acreage and that your husband is impressed too.

The mats are fine. Working as advertised. Now advertising is another issue. Buy 2 get 3... Only if you order medium mats. Fine print trap. I bought 2 a small and large and no offer for 3rd mat v=even though I spent more than the price of 2 mediums.
Response from Muddy Mat®· Feb 6, 2026
Hi Stephen, we’re glad the muddy mats are meeting your expectations. Thank you for your feedback on the Buy 2 Get 3 promotion—an email has been sent to assist you further.
