TRIED TO ORDER MUDDY MAT AFTER 3 WEEKS OF WAITING I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! , I CANCELED AND GOT A REFUND.

Our little dog Peanut didn’t like his other bed after his buddy Brody passed. I wanted something soft that would surround him with love. He weighs 8 pounds yet he sinks himself with comfort in his new bed.

I bought them buy 2 get 1 free. I now have 6 large and 3 medium. I love them. I have a cat with issues and for the most part he will not pee in a litter box so I put a couple of them on the floor next to his litter box and he uses them as pee pad. Every couple of days I pick them up and wash them. They work great and now my cat doesn’t pee on the floor anymore. The quality of them are great since I have to wash them so often. Thank you

The advertisement was very misleading! It said buy two mats and get one free. There was no purchase price until checkout so I bought the three! At least I thought I was. So when I received my order I was completely surprised that I paid 39.11 for one mat! I did contact them 7 days later and I haven’t heard anything. The company should list the each price before purchasing the product. Also there is no return label like most companies do and I will not recommend the company!!!!

Placed an order on buy.muddymat.com Buy 2 get 1 free.$19.98 each. Total $39.98. At checkout offered no slip grippers for $1.99 each. $5.97 and $7.99 shipping. I expected $53.94. Nope. At checkout I am charged $79.60. WTF?? I’m charged full price for 3 grippers at $9.95 each. I complained and get $7.95 each. Nope not what is advertised. Emails back and forth and an offer of 50% off grippers. No, that’s not what I agreed when checking out! This company is a rip off. Talked about how important my business is to them. Emails about “ we understand how frustrating this is blah blah. Just charge me correct amount. Don’t try and rip me off. Needless to say I cancelled the order. By the way even though I disputed the charge they ship it anyway! Would never do business with this website.

I have had 3 smaller size carpets . Since I purchased a larger one. I also purchased some for my niece. I have a small dog & she has 2 big dogs. It is amazing but there is no dirt , mud, water , nothing dragged in the house. The muddy Matt’s get everything. I tell everyone about them. We could be the spokes people for Muddy Matt’s— myself & my sister!

My Domino loves his CloudK9 bed. His previous "calming bed" got mashed down so bad he was actually sleeping on the floor. So I topped it with his late sister's calming bed to add some cushioning. But the CloudK9 is now his go-to bed. In fact, I will go looking for him during the day and will find him in the bedroom in his new "fluffy bed." Well done, Muddy Mat. Well done. - M.K. Means
