My dog sniffed the bed and has refused to lay on it. It's made from an odd plastic-type material,

I’ve ordered two beds at different times. The first one was small and it was great. There was one spot that the stitching came out even though it was new. I just grabbed my sewing kit and fixed it. The one I just bought for my dog, size large, is not fluffy at all. It’s more like a comforter than a dog bed. I have to put it on top of another bed or my pup won’t use it. I tried to contact the company by filling out their online form twice but I never received a reply.

The deliver took ages and then was unimpressed with the product. Feels like a cheap shop bed. I feel like I'm going to have to restuff it shortly. There is no shape to the side parts either. It feels all twisted up externally.

The dog loves this bed. She has been anxious lately but is happy to just lie quietly. It's only a 4 out of 5 rating as the bed as too small however your guidelines recommended this size for her size and breed.
