I would never buy from this company again. I ordered a dog bed and when I didn't receive in a reasonable time I cancelled the order because I was going to be gone for two weeks with no one here to get package. I called before they sent it out so they should have been able to stop it. Instead it was mailed and when I returned it as refused, they deducted $10.00 from the refund, In addition, the package was supposed to be a medium sized fluffy dog bed and when the post office delivered it the contents was stuffed in a small 8x10 bag and the whole end was taped like it had been sent to someone else and returned. Then was sent on to me. A very bad experience and was not settled to my satisfaction.

I liked the overall look of the bed but. There is no padding in the centre part and therefore very little support for the dog. It is also difficult that it can’t go into the tumble drier - especially at this time of year.

It’s a pretty comfy looking bed but my kitty has ignored it from day one! She has lots of choices.. she chooses other kitty beds, chairs, sofas, but so far after several weeks, I cannot entice her into this one!! Pity, it looks so comfy, but not for her I guess!!!

Ordering was very simple and above all, our very large dog is able to curl up in his bed. He appears extremely content.
