The bed is very nice. My dog really likes it. I just wish it was a bit larger. She fits just fine in it but she tends to hang her head out rather than curl herself up!🙃

Benji loves his new fluffy bed. He takes it all over the house, usually to have us in his sight line! Then he cosies up and has a nap.

I bought the bed for my cat, even though it was a dog bed. First, the small size was too small. I tried to judge the size by the dog breeds you said would fit the bed. I know now it was a mistake to buy one of these beds for a cat, as cats like to curl up in a ball in the bed, not hang over the side like a dog. I don't blame Mr. Fluffy Friend for my failure to judge how the bed would do for a cat. The final problem - the cat did not like the bed and completely rejected it, even with catnip in it. Such is the life with cats!

I ordered two beds. Never received a confirmation email. Only one bed arrived. Total cost for the tow beds was $83.00. Our dog enjoys the one bed that did arrive, but i would like the 2nd bed delivered or a refund. Emails to the company customer service email address have extremely woefully unhelpful. And they have not responded to my last two emails. I’m being ghosted. Can’t find a phone number to contact them.

I ordered a second bed that arrived damaged. After notifying the company they sent me a perfect bed. Now my dogs each have their own cloud soft comfort bed. Thank you Mr Fluffy Friend.

The request for feedback from? Mr Fluffy is a puzzle. I attempted numerous times to contact customer service with no response. the so called dog's bed is not a bed it is a cover for a bed. 2 It is Flimsy and poorly designed and manufactured 3 I would pursue a return and money back however this company is obviously some kind of crooked scheme and fighting a company with no manufacturing name or address is futile. I am making a formal complaint to the Attorney General Office for New York State This will not help me with this product but may serve as a record of this company for future issues This company does not rate even one star however after a period of close to 2 months I did receive a package
