Took a long time to get here, but I did not need them right away. Are for Christmas so my pets are not using them yet. I have unpacked the beds and they appear as advertised. Fluffy and full. There was a slight odor but I am hoping that leaving them out to air will dispel that. I am hoping the dogs will like their new beds! I do!

They updated my order and made it for two beds. I only ordered one. So I was charged for two. When I questioned this, they told me it was too late that the order was already processed and ready for shipment and yet it did not ship for another five days.

It takes too long to get my order. I’d like to receive the items I purchase within a week and a half, it’s been over two weeks since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it.

My second bed! I love it , but my dog chews it up ! She completely dstroyed the first one ! I bought a second one and I monitor it so she has only chewed a few spots ! When she relaxes she sleeps soundly in it ! She is an English Bulldog and I ordered a large! Should have gotten an ExL because she hangs out if it, but it works ! She and I both love it!!

I never received the product and the company refused to refund my money. Worst customer experience. Avoid. Just got to Amazon and buy an equivalent and less expensive product.

I ordered a large dog bed. I received a Medium. Have sent two contact email messages and have had no replies. I am requesting a return label because I want the 30 day money back guarantee to be honored. The bed has no extra padding in the bottom. Consequently when it is on a hardwood floor it's like laying on a blanket. Very hard on older dogs joints. It should have mattress padding. I would not recommend this company.
