My 2 dogs love the beds
My 2 dogs love the beds, they prefer these over the traditional ones. They are soft and warm. Gives them sense of security. The only complaint I have, that the beds are much smaller than the first 2 I ordered. The price is a little high for the sizes.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Apr 26, 2026
Hi Linda, Thank you for your feedback — we’re so glad to hear your dogs are enjoying the beds and finding them soft and comforting. We’re sorry to hear your recent order felt smaller than your previous ones. We understand how that can be disappointing, especially when your pets are used to a different size. Your comment about pricing and sizing is also appreciated and will be shared with our team. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

My doggy is a big German shepherd…
My doggy is a big German shepherd female. She doesn’t wag her tail or come when called She is a pound rescue. But it took her no time at all to cuddle up with her cozy. To be fair, she already had several smaller ones.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Apr 23, 2026
Thank you for sharing this lovely story, John 😊 We’re so happy to hear your beautiful German Shepherd girl felt comfortable enough to cuddle up in her cozy bed so quickly. That kind of trust and comfort means everything, especially for a rescue dog 🐾 It sounds like she knows a good bed when she sees one!

Company experience was good
Company experience was good, wish it wasn't automated. Product description was a bit off from advertised. Picture of what I got was accurate for the most part, the only part that wasn't accurate was how fluffy and densely packed the dog sofa looked, compared to what I received. That is my only disappointment. You buy a bed that's designed for a very large dog thats 80 to 110 pounds, shouldn't bottom out and be on the floor, not for the money paid .
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Apr 23, 2026
Hi Shane, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad to hear your overall experience with the company was good, but we’re sorry that the bed did not fully meet your expectations in terms of fluffiness and support. Please note that our dog sofas are vacuum-packed for shipping, so they often appear less fluffy at first. They do need some time to fully expand. That said, we appreciate your comments regarding support and density for larger dogs, and we will take this into account as we continue improving our products. We will also send you an email shortly with a helpful video guide on how to properly fluff and set up the sofa 🐾
