Response from MrFluffyFriend™· May 7, 2026

Without instructions, was difficult to assemble. But the customer service was amazing with a video on how to put the bed together. Brooklyn has never liked multiple different beds we have purchased for her, but the second we got it together, she was on it! 🥰
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· May 7, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, Cindy! 😊 We’re really glad to hear that Brooklyn loves her new bed, especially after not enjoying previous ones 🐾 We also appreciate your note about the instructions and are happy our video guide helped you with the assembly.

Quality is absolutely awful do not buy from them and the colour is not what you expect I ordered cream dog bed looks yellow
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· May 7, 2026
Hi Laura Harris, We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. This is not the standard we aim to provide. We also understand your concern regarding the colour difference. Depending on lighting and screen settings, the shade may sometimes appear slightly different from what is shown online, but we understand how this can be frustrating. One of our team members is already looking into your case and will contact you via email to assist you further.

I actually thought the bed would be flufflier. To me, it could have had more foam. Dogs like it but not surecif it offers support i thought it might.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· May 7, 2026
Hi Suzanne, Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear your dogs are still using and enjoying the bed 🐾 We’re sorry to hear it didn’t feel as fluffy or supportive as you expected. Our calming beds are designed with a balance of softness and support, and sometimes they may feel different depending on expectations and how they are fluffed after unpacking. We appreciate your honest thoughts and will share your feedback with our team as we continue improving our products.
