I thought the couch was something else. I was worried that it was going to be a problem to return the dog bed. However, they were totally helpful and understanding. I am amazed by the great customer service, especially this day and age where customer service is an afterthought. They even paid for the shipping back to them. This tells me that they have total confidence in their product. It is a good Product, it just wasn't what I thought. I was impressed and would encourage people to buy their product and not worry if you wonder if it's what you want.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Paul! We're delighted to hear that our team was able to make the return process easy and stress-free. While we're sorry the couch wasn't quite what you were expecting, we're grateful you gave us the opportunity to help. Your kind words about our customer service truly mean a lot, and we sincerely appreciate your recommendation.

My dog Oliver fell in love with your bed within minutes.... like he was waiting for it to arrive. So very happy we invested. We'll be getting more for friends and for Oliver's other hangouts. Thank you

I've expressed my concern regarding their inferior product, and shipping the wrong item. My biggest concern was the $250 charge to return to China with no guarantee it will arrive. The new issue here is how they provide their deepest regrets for my loss of money. If they truly cared they would refund my money. They will not refund beacuse they don't care about the consumers loss. And I have to question the authenticy of the better reviews. My experience was not only horrible and time consuming but abusive.
Response from MrFluffyFriend™· Jun 30, 2026
Hi Paul, We're sorry to hear that you still feel this way. As explained both via email and in response to your previous review, we're unfortunately unable to issue a refund for an order placed over two years ago. However, we genuinely wanted the opportunity to restore your confidence by offering to send you a replacement so you could try the new and improved version of the product, but we understand you chose not to accept that option. While we respect your decision, we're sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that met your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Quinn became my family after her rescue from a dog-fighting ring: her name should have been "Jitters." Call it PTSD, anxiety, whatever. I earn her trust every day. But when her Anti-Anxiety bed arrived, she instantly claimed it like a long-lost friend! For a non-traumatized dog (or cat/ kittens) it's the height of luxury; for a special-needs pet, it's miraculous. AND the team at MrFluffyFriend graciously held my order while I got my new address established. They relate like family. So grateful, so delighted...

Thank you for sharing Quinn's beautiful story with us, Maureen. It means the world to know that her new bed has become a place where she feels safe and secure. We're also delighted we could help by holding your order until you were ready. Wishing Quinn many peaceful, comfortable days ahead—you've clearly given her the loving home she deserves. 💙
