Hi Dennis, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear you were disappointed with the bed. We’ve checked our records and could only locate an order under your name from about 5 months ago for an XL bed. If you placed a more recent order or are referring to another purchase, we’d be happy to assist—please just email us directly at [email protected] so we can look into it and make things right. As for the packaging, our beds are vacuum-packed to make shipping more efficient and eco-friendly, and they do need a bit of time and fluffing by hand to regain their full shape after unpacking. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this together.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Yvonne. We’re truly sorry you felt disappointed, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. We’ve carefully reviewed your communication with our team and confirmed that both your previous and most recent orders were for XXL beds, which were fulfilled correctly based on the size selected. You kindly provided us with photos, which helped us assess the situation, and we appreciate that you accepted our offer of a partial refund at the time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have any further concerns—we’re always here to help.
