1 month ago I lost my Chihuahua to Cancer 3 weeks later I was lonely so I decided to go to the pound to adopt an older dog they had a special, after meeting Mitsy who is about 12 yrs old she came up to me in the meet and greet room a very calm dog a lot of licking and smiles from her she was mine. After adopting her I got her home the one thing I noticed she was not comfortable at night cried a lot , that's when I ordered your bed she loves it she slept 4 houes today straight not a whimper, you have made a wonderful product I am going to save the money and get one for the living room.Thank you A very Happy Customer.

I have been attempting to return the two-anxiety pet beds I ordered. The two beds cost $198.00, and I am extremely unhappy with how thin the beds are and how poor the quality of the beds are especially at that price point. I have provided the company with videos and photos of the poorly made products I received. Customer service did contact me to let me know I can return them to China at my own expense, or they would offer me a 15-30% refund and I could keep the beds. This is hardly reasonable since the cost to ship the beds back to China is almost as much as one of the beds. I have asked for bare minimum they refund 50% or send me a return shipping label. I have gotten NO response from customer service. Other than the email they provide on the website and this review thread there is no way to contact the company. I strongly recommend buying your pet's bed from another company to save yourself the disappointment. I could not be more displeased.

Anfragen bleiben unbeantwortet.

We ordered Mr. Fluffy bed for our precious 2 year old 💕. She couldn't be happier nor more comfortable. She can curl up or stretch out. You can tell by her beautiful brown eyes she is so happy with it. The company has been so outstanding from the time we ordered it to when delivered. It's outstanding and thanks for Mr. Fluffy.
