The bed is very disappointing
The bed is very disappointing. Especially for the price. It's flimsy and not evenly distributed. Also much smaller than expected. The sides aren't even high or full enough. Awful.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this. Our beds are vacuum-packed, so it’s normal for them to look flat and uneven at first — please allow it to air out and gently shake and massage the filling to help it regain its full shape. We’ll also email you to assist further.

I love this blanket
I love this blanket I bought 2. The small is very small. Good for very small dog. I bought medium and love. I have never felt such a soft blanket. Buy it. Your pup will love it

No Padding!
Shipping was awful! Took a month! There is almost no padding!!! My dog might as well sleep on the floor. This is a horrible product. Packaging was terrible. Quality is terrible! DO NOT BUY! It’s worth about $5

Slow delivery, cheap nasty product
Order #13763 Slow delivery, poor value for money I thought I was too smart to get caught out by these companies but the advertising was so good. Please do not waste your money, if you saw the product in a shop, you wouldn't spend £10 on it! So disappointed but can't send it back as it was vacumn packed and I can't squash it flat.

China CRAP
Ordered a XL & received a product big enough for a small Chihuahua, typical China workmanship, TERRIBLE product. Took forever to receive the order - only to be completely disappointed. Will NOT order anything from Mr fluffy friend. Chinese crap…

EL REEMBOLSO YA
HACE SEIS DÍAS DEBIDO A SU INUTILIDAD PEDÍ UN REEMBOLSO. ME DAN LARGAS, LE ECHAN LA CULPA A CORREOS, QUE ENTIENDEN MI FRUSTACIÓN Y QUE TENGAN PACIENCIA, LUEGO DICEN QUE HARAN EL REEMBOLSO, DESPUÉS QUE ESTÁN INVESTIGANDO EL REEMBOLSO. HE PUESTO RECLAMACIONES AL BANCO Y A ORGANIZACIONES DE CONSUMO. DE NO RECIBIR EL REEMBOLSO HOY PONDRÉ UNA DENUNCIA AL CNP. SE ACABO EL VACILÓN.

Hele goede klantenservice
Een hondenmand gekocht voor onze honden, de eerste mand die we binnen kregen was niet super, hij was slecht gevuld en voor onze oude hond niet lekker om op te liggen. Na contact opgenomen te hebben met het bedrijf, hebben ze uiteindelijk ons gratis een nieuwe hondenmand opgestuurd, die super is. Het team communiceert snel en netjes, het blijkt duidelijk dat ze waarde hechten aan de kwaliteit van hun producten.
