I purchased a large brown cooling blanket for my large longhair German Shepherd. She goes from place to place to find a cool place to rest. That was generally the hardwood floor or cement outside. Now I lay the cooling blanket over her orthpedic bed and she is finally happy. Thank you Fluffy Pet!

I bought two. One for my mother-in-law’s chihuahua and one for our 9 pound cat. Being a typical chihuahua, she was always nervous and apprehensive. This product made a world of difference for her. She will only sleep in this bed and actually takes it into her room to sleep in and brings it out to hang out in it in the living room. Our cat loves to make pies in it and curl up in it on our bed. She still sleeps in the top bunk of her cat tower at night but taking her own sweet time to make a major change is absolutely normal for her.

My 18# dog had small MrFluffy Friend that I thought she was out growing after 3 months. I Just replaced it with a larger Mr Fluffy bed. Unfortunately my Dog rapidly "ripped up the new one,"on the first day of use- making the Zipper and bed completely un-functional. I hadn't realized the larger bed was so much different on the day that I took out the "Fluffed new bed. "Cannot use this now. The X Small one we ordered months ago (without a zipper) must be stronger and is still in tact.

Great company to work with. Their customer service is phenomenal Even if there is a little problem they address it immediately and favorably. Beds are absolutely exceptional. Thank you Mr Fluffy Friend

Hier een hondenmand besteld. Bij levering bleek de kwaliteit ondermaats dus wilden we de bestelling retourneren. Helaas begon hier het gedonder, de bestelling moest en zou naar "hun" magazijn in China. Dan weet je al genoeg, weer een dropshipper die het niet zo nauw neemt met de Nederlandse wetgeving. En inderdaad, na een hele hoop heen en weer gemail blijven ze maar volhouden dat het pakket retour naar China moet en dat moeten we zelf maar betalen. Op screenshots van de website van de ACM waarop duidelijk te zien is dat wat zij doen niet mag reageren ze simpelweg dat ze zich houden aan alle regels en dat ze voldoende duidelijk zijn geweest waar de retouren naartoe moeten. Ergens diep verborgen in de algemene voorwaarden staat wel ergens vermeld dat retouren naar China moeten maar heel handig gedaan van deze site staat dit niet in hun retourbeleid. Nogmaals, volgens de ACM is dit niet voldoende alleen heeft deze dropshipper daar vooralsnog geen boodschap aan. Mijn advies: niets bestellen hier want als het retour moet (en die kans is best aanwezig met die Chinese producten vol met in NL verboden chemicaliën) ben je veel geld kwijt. *edit* let niet op het bericht van MrFluffyFriend hieronder, de " klantenservice" is een wassen neus. Ze blijven maar terug mailen dat ik het retourproces niet snap terwijl ze zich niet aan de wet houden. Nogmaals, hier niets bestellen, stelletje oplichters zijn het!

Excellent customer experience. Following a minor issue with the cover of a orthopaedic pillow, the customer service team provided a remedy quickly and courteously. Mellow, my 8 year old lab, loves his pillow and I can’t fault the service.

Have 2 other similar beds. As soon as removed from plastic my poodle immediately started chewing and ripping FLIMSEY cover and won’t leave it alone. Little padding in bed OVERALL WASTE OF MONEY AND TERRIBLE PRODUCT REFUND
