Great purchase!
There was a mixup with my address and their customer service reps did everything possible to make sure I received my package. Thanks to them, they helped me avoid a loss of over $200 on this purchase. My Cane Corso loves it! I will definitely purchase again!

Coussin pour chat livré par GofoExpress : paquet livré, photos à l’appui, mais rien dans la boîte aux lettres… cette société ne devrait pas travailler avec ce « livreur », très mal noté sur TrustPilot.. je ne peux donner mon avis sur le produit… ne l’ayant pas reçu… mais par principe de précaution je déconseille vivement

Poor quality and return policy a scam
I mistakenly clicked on two instead of one bed and the charge went through immediately. I contacted them 10 minutes later and tried to cancel one. And the next day, I was told I was too late. And upon receiving the two one week later, when I try to return (30 day guarantee), I read their return policy and I will have to pay the shipping fees, which they said will be international (sure they are made in China) and will probably be not worth it. What a scam! Also, the beds are definitely not worth the price - nothing to them.

Effet apaisant sur Angel (chatte européenne). J'ai commandé un 2ème coussin qui devait être de mêmes dimensions mais qui, après avoir reposé , était + petit. Rose et son équipe sont très fiables et efficaces; ils m'ont proposé 3 solutions pr y remédier. Merci pour votre compréhension.

Entsorgt nach erstem Waschen
Nach dem ersten Mal waschen war nichts mehr fluffig. Das Gewebe aufgerauht und, noch schlimmer, der Reißverschluss so verdreht, dass er sich nicht mehr schließen lässt. Anschreiben an Mr. Fluffy....15% Angebot. Keine Rücknahme, da Kauf 8 Wochen her. Nun....nach 8 Wochen und 1x waschen Entsorgung. Nicht nochmal!

Ta firma to naciągacze
Ta firma to naciągacze, na chinskich portalach takie legowisko kosztuje ok. 80pln i pewnie tam zamawiają. Dlatego tak długo czeka sie za przesyłką. Zdecydowanie nie polecam
