Movato has valued my home on lakeshore at half the value that it is worth. The appraisal is inaccurate in description and the value is half the assessment by Washington County tax assessors. Their erroneous information discredits them as a reliable realtor.

The website claims and user experience are 2 different things. The website states how given a little info, they'll have an offer for your house from a buyer in a week. 6 weeks later and still no word from them. I even have my home priced undermarket.

Bait and switch scam site to develop leads for agents. Many listings we sold moths ago, but they allow you to "schedule" a tour, and then you immediately get a marketing call.

Hi Kelly, Thanks for using Movoto Real Estate and your review. Our goal is to help home buyers connect with Real Estate Agents. When scheduling a tour from a sold property we clarify "Tour the Area". The marketing call as you have called it is a very effective way to meet our unified goals. Please let us know how we further guide your real estate journey.

As a cash buyer my experience using a movoto agent was terrible. I think this agency is unlike others in that they focus only on listings/sellers. My agent didn’t like to communicate...at all. A simple “I’m not sure let me find out and get back to you tomorrow” or something like that is not too much to ask from a professional earning upwards of many thousands of dollars. Instead my concerns and questions were met with total silence. Not acceptable in my book. How does Movoto differentiate itself from other agencies? Definitely not through customer service...

Careful if you go to their site you will be constantly spammed from inside of chrome. Not emails but inside your operating system!!!! Do not destroy your operating system. This site is what gives realtors a bad name!

Movoto will respond to a web inquiry very quickly. They will ask you many questions. They will do everything they can to make you commit to an agent. They assigned an agent to me that is 50 miles north of my location. This agent is not even listed in their agents list. This agent has done absolutely nothing except to try and push us into a property 3 times the asking price of our range. We have found 49 properties and yet we cannot even get the assigned agent to help us. The addresses and prices displayed on the movoto website are not correct. If you are looking for land forget this website. It appears that their agents will not waste any time helping you. If you are looking at a house beware. I highly reccomend skipping movoto and calling the realtor that has the property that you are interested in yourself. I only gave them one star so I could write a review. They are below one star.

Hi Mac, Movoto Real Estate specializes in client and agent collaboration throughout the real estate journey. We are saddened to hear about this experience. In some cases the agents we refer clients to are partners and not Movoto Real Estate agents. We are however happy to recognize that you have found the real-time inventory we take pride in providing to home buyers. A direct and private message will be sent to you so we can further investigate the matter.

DOn't let them get into your computer. You will have constant pop ups of homes that don't even relate to your search. I have been haunted for days by these folks. How dare they put a program on my computer to pop up homes with annoying and distracting sound.
